Tips, Tricks & Hints

Most of these PDF files were written for clients to remind them later of how I had solved a problem for them.  As with many things involving computers, it's easy the third time (unless the three occurrences span  6 years).  I like screen shots in instructions and although they increase the size of the file, they are worth it.
